Cowboy's Puppy Ralph 11-2010
If everyone had a dog like Ralph, the world would be a happier place. He is one of the best , well mannered and smartest labs my friends have ever seen. I can tell him to stay and be a football field away and he does exactly what your husband told me he would do, and waits on to tell him to come before he does.. Amazing!!! He has a shake down pat too, as well as, many other commands that what will be amazing when I take him hunting by the end of this year!!! Thanks so much

Cha and Cowboy (Sam) 1-2011
Sam is our second chocolate lab we've gotten from Debbie Our first was named Jake which we got from her 12 years ago. He was big and blocky , and such an awesome dog that when we went looking for another lab, we didn't even think twice about going back to Debbie. We got Sam January 2011, he is now 9 months old and weighs over 85 lbs and still growing leaps and bounds..He is absolutely gorgeous, smart and just a bit spoiled. We'd highly recomend you to to Debbie when your looking for a wonderful companion. He trained easily and very obiedient, even for a puppy!!!

I know we already spoke, but I just wanted to say thank you again for the beautiful, healthy puppy. Layla is just a joy to have and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet!! She stays in her kennel so well, I can already tell she is just going to bring so much joy to our family. My family and I have searched so long for the perfet breeder and Debbie you are more than we could have asked for!!. I know that when Layla is able to go out among people that so many people are going to ask where did we get her from, and I am going to be proud to tell them about you and your great dogs. I really appreciate you and Annie (mom of the litter), you guys really did a great job with the litter. I was so proud at the veternarian. Everybody was just loving on her and raving about how healthy she is.. Again, Debbie, I really can not express how much we appreciate what you have done on this beautiful puppy.. I will keep you updated on all the fun that we will be having with Layla. Thank you, thank you ,, Lisa Dikas and Family

Lexie's Pup 1- 1/2 years old 5-2010
Debbie,
I just wanted to give you an update my Gem who I purchased in May 2010 from Lexie's litter. She is just around 20 month's now and has a HUGE personality. She keeps me smiling daily with her sassy attitude. I have never met a dog who makes the funny faces she does when she doesn't like the smell of something, grunts and groans when she's trying to sleep and I'm making noise. She shares a pillow with me at night in bed and has tendency to kick me and push me over. I sometimes feel like I am a guest in her bed! And I will not even get started on the b-a-l-l. It has gotten to the point we have to spell it out because the minute she hears 'ball' she is crazy!! She can fetch all day long. She even brings the nasty thing in at night to bed with her, it amazes me. I have received so many compliments on her and her coat. Everywhere I go with her I hear 'Wow, that is a beautiful dog!' and 'Her coat is so white'. Which is another thing, her coat never changed to a darker color, just in a couple of spots behind her ears and near her tail, but other than that she is white and beautiful. I was going to spay her, but I canceled her appointment last minute. I am not sure if I want to breed her in the future or not, but for now those diapers (which by the way she is embarrassed to wear, she sits down immediately!) will have to do when she is in heat. She has truly been a Blessing to me and my family. I can not thank you enough. I hope everything is going well on your end with all of your dogs. If possible, I would like to take a trip up there in the next couple of months just to visit and bring Gemma with me. We should be ready to purchase another pup around this time next year, so I will be contacting you then. Candice Ortiz

Well Deb,
We have had a wonderful first week. Ellie shas spent so much time getting to know her new family and she is fitting right in. She has made a few trips to the barn and seems to love it there as well. It took Toby that we purchased from you 18 months ago to decide if having a new little sister was a good idea. As you can see he wants to keep her!! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving..

Jake and Ginger's litter 1-16-2011
I just wanted to let you know that Beaux received a clean bill of health from the vet (Pearland Animal Hospital). The vets at this place seem to be big supporters of Science Diet brand of pet food, so they highly recommended transitioning him over. He'll go back in two weeks to get his second set of shots. I know he's adorable but it was confirmed today. The vet staff just loved him! Boy can he turn on the charm. I swear he try's to talk back when you talk to him. I failed to mention in my previous email that one of the older vets came out to take a look at Beaux and was like "what a blocky pup", and then the male vet tech holding him chimed in with..."yea, he's going to be a good looking dog".I think we picked a great pup, even though he was the last puppy out of the litter.. I can only imagine what the first thru fourth pics looked like!
Thanks again,

Gunner - Jake and Cha's Puppy 1-22-2012
Thanks Debbie.
We named our puppy Gunner and he is fitting in great and holding his own. He's playing with his new friend Kylee. We couldn't be happier and just 6 weeks old to boot. The yellow lab (Kylee) is 13 weeks old. Gunner is just a delight to have as my new family member. He sleeps very well throughout the night, usually wakes up only once in the middle and about an hour before I normally get up which is perfect for me to feed him play with him in the mornings and he does his business and I put him up before I go to work. Today was the first time for me to have to leave him in the kennel for work and unfortunately I had to work a little late but my roommate let him out when he got home and he said he had went potty in the a little but no poop. 9 1/2 hours for the first time..... I am VERY impressed with that and he has not had one accident in the house at all. I can go on all day about how happy I am that I purchased him from you but I will keep you updated throughout his growth and I am sure everyone of Cha and Jake's puppies are just as pleasant to have as a pet, as well as all of your pups from other dogs.
Thanks again .... John May

Update on Gunner 5-10-2012
Hello Mrs. Debbie,
I am just letting you know how Gunner is doing figured you like the updates. He turns 5 months tomorrow and weighs 52-53 lbs getting big fast. He is so much fun to have and really smart even though I'm training myself, there are something's I have trouble with because of my lack of experience but he really does well. Thank you so much for breeding and raising such great pups. I hope to get another one some day. Here is a picture after a day out on the water about a week ago. He loves to fetch in the water.

Emmy out of Cha & Jake 1-21-12
Debbie,
Judging by the picture you can see Emmy is pretty comfy in her new home. She has her new puppy exam Tuesday morning. She is pretty consistant now, play hard for 30 minutes, sleep 2 hours, go potty outside, play hard ... etc.. She only cries for 25-30 minutes when we put her in her crate for the night. she already understands, Come, Come inside and Outside.. She obeyed sit twice this morning not consistantly but mostly teaching her to chew on her new toys and not everything else :-) Will keep you posted as she grows.. She's an awesome girl.. Kirk

UPDATE 4-26-2012
She has FINALLY won my wife over, who has never owned a dog in her life. Emmy is very, very smart and equally stubborn, and she really only listens to me consistently, the Alpha Male. So she can be frustrating for my wife and son. She thinks they are playing all the time when they try to discipline her. But it is getting better.
I have a good friend who has been training labs since 1990, both field training and for shows, and deals with the really high-dollar dogs. For whatever reason, he doesn't care for Chocolates, but he is absolutely in love with Emmy. His wife works with mine and says he can't stop talking about her. He told me he could get $2,000 for her, easy. I asked how that could be. He said because of how she looks. I don't understand all that stuff, but he talks about her "lines" and "angles" and said, "That dog is how a Lab is supposed to look". Anyway, she's not for sale. Love her too much. Kirk

Update 5-3-12
Debbie,
Emmy was 20 weeks old yesterday. I'm attaching a picture taken before I took her to the country for her first trip into the water. I hope you can watch the video. I took it with my phone, so I think you have to view it with Quick Time Player that comes with iTunes. Don't think Windows Media Player will play it. Anyway, I held her and took her out into the tank with me to get her used to it, and slowly lowered her into the water. It took her a few times, but she finally got used to it and then she loved it. If you can see the video, I threw a dummy out into the water and made her "sit" until I released her. She got it first try, brought it back to me and dropped it. She's really smart, and if she wasn't so hard-headed I'd be further along training her. :>) But she's getting it. She really loves to please (and be a rebel). Kirk

Jake and Ginger's pup Major 11-19-2011
Hey deb,
just touching base to let you know how Major is doing. At his first vet visit (6 weeks) he weighed 10 lbs and all the vet could do was chuckle the rest of the visit knowing he was going to be a big lab down the road. He told me I was not allowed to change vets so he can watch his progress. Second visit at 9 weeks he weighed 19 lbs and everything else checked out fine. As you can see from the video he is doing extremely well with his dummy yard work. He had already fetched about 20 dummies when I had my wife come out and take
Craig Hanagriffsome videos. He is extremely smart and has excellent drive. I couldn't be happier with him. Will keep you updated on his progress.

Hey deb,
second vet visit bought out more chuckling from Dr. Griggs. Major weighed in at 31 lbs . Took him to the pond today for his first swim and as you can see it's like he had been swimming since he was born. Literally had to pick him up and bring him to the truck because he didn't want to stop. We are really really enjoying him. There is a hunting retriever trial in April not to far from here and if he continues to progress as fast as he is now we will enter him. Will let you know.

Hi Debbie,,
Lady is 5 months in this picture. She is just starting to enjoy the pond. On this particular morning there were several ducks there. When they flew off she stopped to watch them. I think she will be ready this September for dove season
Thanks Diane

Hi Debbie,
As promised, attached are a couple pics of Ace. He's so cute and his
personality is amazing. You and Prissy did a good job raising him! He's not sure what to think of the water yet, but he'll learn. Keep you updated on his growth. Thanks again for such a loving pup.

Debbie:
I wanted to write to you for an update on "Emily". She's is my new addition to my family that i bought from you on Last Friday night 10.12.12. She is the Chocolate Lab puppy from Cowboy and Brittany. First let me tell say that i had to put "Misty" down on Saturday morning. It was an absolute horror show. I have been in tears for days before and after! She has left a huge void in my life and would be unimaginable to get along without having "Emily" in my life. Emily has turned out to be such a smart and lovable puppy. She is already retrieving toys almost everytime i throw them. I only throw them about 4 feet away, but she runs over and pounces on them and then runs back to me. So cute! another amazing thing she does is she learned where the water bowl was after just one time showing her where it was. The next amazing thing is, she already goes to the door to be let out to use the bathroom. She really is a wonderful puppy! We go for a walk down the street every morning and evening. She follows the whole way. I will be giving you updates periodically. My next one will be with pictures.
Thanks for a wonderful puppy. John Herrington 10.17.12
Update 10-18-12
John has had Emily for just 5 days and is already retrieving well.. Cowboy's hunting and retrieving lines are producing nice hunting and family members.. Congrats John!!!! & thanks for giving Emily a great home!!!! Debbie
Update 11-5-12 Debbie:
Please see attached for a few pics of Emily from this weekend. She's is really coming along. So very smart & lovable. She went up & down the stairs at my lake house this weekend all by herself. This is only the
2nd time for her to be up there. She's retrieving better and sits on command now. She just amazes me with her smarts! Thanks again for a wonderful puppy!
John
UPDATE!!!!! 12-5-12
Debbie:
It’s a been awhile since I’ve written. Emily is coming along GREAT. She’s
growing very fast and extremely smart. Some things she just picks up so quickly.
It really amazes me See attached for some pics I took of her last week. Her and I went on
vacation deer hunting in Sonora. So, I have some really good pictures of her.
The last picture is her riding back in the truck with me. She likes riding
either on the front seat or on console between the two front seats.
Debbie: Update 2-5-13
I wanted to send you some pictures of Emily. She is really a super pet and companion. I get compliments on how beautiful she is everywhere we go. I just can’t say enough good things about her. She’s coming along great and
walks on the leash good (heals and sits when we stop). She’s still retrieving good and I hope to have her bird hunting in September this year. Anyway, see attached for some updated pictures. John

Debbie: Update 9-4-14
It’s been awhile since I’ve given you an update on Emily. She is just an absolutely wonderful dog. She turned two on August 25th.
This past weekend I took her dove hunting and she did really really well. I never really had to even get off my bucket. (only a few times in two days-those times she didn’t see the bird I shot). Other hunters commented on how well she retrieved. She even did a double retrieve when I got a double.
Emily has such a wonderful personality. She hugs me every morning when I get up, and when I come home. She smiles and winks at me, and it just a wonderful companion.
She goes everywhere with me, and even loves boating!
Emily is the best Labrador I've had so far. All I've had is labs since I was in my teens.. She has personality traits of my last two labs which is really neat!!!

Cowboy and Jewel puppy from Litter born (3-2011) 11-1-12
Debbie,
I thought you might want to see how one of your babies are growing. Buster was born March 14 2011 to Cowboy and Faith Jewel. My husband Mike and I decided to come to your place just for a quick look to see what you had on Easter weekend. Buster stole our hearts. Being a part of our family, he is spoiled rotten. Buster loves to swim and play fetch. He can give you a hand shake and a high five, with the correct hands. He is the best family protector, which is a natural trait for him. He is never far from any of us. Give him the chance and his 100 lb. body will cuddle with us in bed, and hog most of it. He cant get enough car rides and share his kisses with our cat. We recently moved to NW Arkansas and I cant wait to see him in the snow. If we ever decide to add to our
family you will be who we call on. Your puppies couldn't be any better!!
Sincerely,
Mindee and Michael Sanders

We are enjoying every second with our new little puppy! We have named her
Hazel. She is just the sweetest, most well-behaved puppy we've ever had! She
sleeps soundly all night in her kennel in our bedroom, much better than the
kids, and is in the best mood all day! Our lab and golden retriever have taken
her in as their own and love playing with her. Our yorkie is still a bit
jealous of all the attention she is getting, but will come around I know. It
might have something to do with the fact that Hazel is double her weight
already.. We just wanted to thank you again for allowing us to bring her into our home. She is a part of our family already! I attached a picture of her that I took
this morning. She was the perfect little model! We will continue to keep in
touch and keep you updated as she grows!!!! Take care!
Sincerely,
Kelli Weakly

Phoenix and Casey litter Sept 2013
My fiancé and I had searched for a while trying to find that perfect place to get our new family member. We found Mrs. Debbie and decided to make a visit to meet her and her kids ( the dogs ). What we found was an extremely nice, knowledgable, and thorough lady and some extremely pretty four legged companions! After a lengthy and very accommodating visit we decided to leave our deposit and let me tell you, we are glad we did. We picked a male from Pheonix and Casey's litter and when we picked up Tate it was love at first sight! We could not have asked for a better little man. After just two days of having him home I had someone offer to buy him from me. Of course I informed him Tate was not for sale but I informed him where he could find one that is. Mrs. Debbie is amazing right along with all her dogs and I would refer anyone looking right to her! Thanks again Mrs. Debbie you're the best!
Jesi and Blake!

Queenie and Wyatt's litter 9-16-16
Hi Debbie,
Hope you and your family are doing well. We wanted to thank you again for giving us the two very BEST Chocolates anyone could have. Ammo and Kimber are just the most amazing additions to our family.
Ammo will be three on 12-30-17 and Kimber just turned one on 9-16-17. They are the complete opposites and compliment each other in so many ways. Ammo can't stand for his little sis to be out of site, and she is very much independent. Both absolutely love the water and are in the pool every day. They love to chase and play ball, and love going for a ride in the car, as long as the moonroof is open and windows are down. They have the best personalities, and are very loving and loyal. Ammo is super protective of his momma (but wouldn't harm a bug, sounds super vicious though) and is practically scared of his own shadow at times. Kimber loves any and everyone, she is super calm and moves at her own pace, not yours. She still has so much puppy in her, and has motherly qualities at the same time. We love watching them together.
Although they have no understanding of personal space, and they are more like velcro............ wherever I go, there they are, and I am totally ok with that. T hey can make you smile even when you roll out of bed, step on one of their bones, while the tales are wagging, hitting every door, wall and window in site! It's the perfect alarm every morning. They are such a joy, we just wanted to thank you again for providing such great quality and characteristics in your dogs!
I have attached a few their photos (Ammo in orange collar), probably more than you need, but as a lab mom, I take tons of photos. Take care and we will update you again soon.

Hello Debbie,
I just wanted to let you know that Ginger is constantly impressing us. She is now only 10 weeks old, and we have only had her a little over 1 week, and she is already responds to "sit", "stay", "come" "high-five" (Norma's idea :) ), and is beginning to "heel" very well while on the leash. She is already crate-trained, and perhaps most impressive is she is already house-trained, ringing a bell we hung on the door to let us know when she needs to go outside! We have even taken her to Lowes with us and she behaves and still remembers her training! We have received many compliments on how she is such a smart and pretty dog.
Krista (our daughter) and Ginger are becoming best friends. Ginger goes with us to drop off Krista at school, and to pick her up. Ginger is already learning what time of day Krista comes home!
Thanks so much for breeding such intelligent dogs that are eager to please.
Brad, Norma, and Krista Edwards 11-14-13
Hi Debbie, Updated 3-18-14
I hope you remember us. We bought Ginger from you last November. We wanted to send you a before and after picture of Ginger and our daughter Krista. Ginger was about 8 weeks old when we got her and now she is 7 months!
She has been wonderful, she has been spayed, trained in so many ways, I can only tell you how smart she is..!
She is my shadow (Norma), she follows me everywhere I go. She is super sweet and Krista loves her dearly.
It has been the best decision to add her to our family :)
We can not wait to see how much more she grows (she is almost 45 lbs now!)
Once again, thank you!
Brad & Norma Edwards
Boo Boo Bear a Black Male I used to have that was rehomed to Peg Purser who got him in in Summer of 2013
On Christmas Eve night, 2013, my black Lab died at age 11 of cancer. I didn’t want to replace him with a puppy, but decided to check out websites to see what was out there in the way of an adult Lab. The first website I saw was Texas Faith Labradors and the homepage said that there were no puppies available but that there was a 3 year old male that needed to be placed. I immediately contacted Debbie Owen and drove to Willis a couple of days later to check out Boo Bear. Bear was about a year old when Debbie got him for breeding. When he arrived to her from a breeder in Wisconsin, he arrived with a deadly disease – Blastomycosis – only found up in the Great Lakes region of the US. Rather than put him down, she nursed him back to health over the next year or so, only to then find out that he was sterile. The Blastomycosis also did nerve damage to the right side of his face blinding him in that eye and causing some palsy, neither of which has slowed him down. But, of course, he couldn’t be used for breeding and that is why she had gotten him. So, sad though it was for her, she needed to place him in a home.
Since I wasn’t looking for a puppy or breeding stock, he made the perfect option for me and since he became a house dog but also has a big fenced yard, I became the perfect option for him. And, when I met him, I feel in love. He is the sweetest, most loving and well behaved guy. I have had Bear for about 18 months now and he not only brings joy to me, but to everyone he meets, be they dog or human.
It is such a shame that he couldn’t produce puppies because with his size, looks and temperament, they would have been magnificent. But I am so grateful that I found Debbie and Bear.

Hi Debbie,
My sincere apologies for not emailing sooner. We have been so busy since we got Nellie, I just don't know where time has gone. Nellie has been such a joy! She is just as smart as she is gorgeous. She loves to play with our friends, beagles. She definitely gives them a "run for their money" and everyone leaves exhausted, but happy.
Nellie has been very easy to train, but still needs a little work. Just typical puppy stuff. As she is getting older she'd rather be outside than in the house. We've taught her to ring a bell at the back door to go potty, but now she just rings it all day!
Health wise, Nellie is very healthy. We're on schedule with her vaccines. We decided to keep her on the Victor Grain Free, even though our vet wasn't too sure about it. We did the research and find it to be just as good as any of the top expensive brands. Still using the NuVet vitamins and will be reordering them soon. Nellie, also loves baby carrot pieces, as a treat. They also work well for training purposes!
We can't tell you enough, how happy we are with Nellie...she is a perfect fit into our family!
Thank you again! Take care,
Sincerely,
Lisa, Dave & Kayla Larsen 3-20-14

Update 4-9-14 Debbie, we just wanted to thank you again for our Porter. He is 6 months old now and is growing quite well (57 pounds and 23-1/2 inches tall). He always has to have something in his mouth, as you can see sticks are one of his favorites. He is learning, all be it grudgingly, to drop on command. How quickly he drops things depends on how much he likes them. He has also learned the basic puppy commands and is very smart, and just a bit stubborn. As he grows older his stubborn streak is being replaced by his willingness to please. He is constantly tripping over his paws and is quite the contortionist while playing, something that has us laughing often.
Thank you so much for sharing your puppy family with us!! Dale and Liz Brekke

Hi Debbie,
I wanted to send you an update on our Porter. He has grown into a wonderful, (sometimes overly) friendly, handsome, happy, healthy, and active dog. His top three loves are in order: My wife and I, his sticks, and his ball. He is very obedient (his only kryptonite being other dogs). He has traveled across the western U.S. with us in our RV, and travels well. He doesn't bark which is perfect with the amount of strangers we come across in various campgrounds across the country. We have received many compliments on both his looks and on how well he obeys. We couldn't be happier with him and love him dearly. I am attaching a short video of his first attempt to retrieve a ball from a dock. Thank you for continuing to provide such high quality dogs.
Dale & Liz Brekke
One more to include a picture of Porter with our son's Great Dane. As you can see, he is never too far from something to put in his mouth.
Debbie, 3-15-18
It has been a while since I have sent an update on Porter. He is now over 4 years old and is a wonderful dog. He is very obedient and obeys every command, even when it is clear he would rather do something different, as when visiting other dogs. He is very gentle with children and, as you can see, is loved by our granddaughters. He is a wonderful companion and is a constant source of laughter as he can be quite goofy at times. Thank you so much for doing what you do and bringing joy into the lives of hundreds of people. Keep up the good work.

Bentley & Prissy litter 10-2013 Update 10-12-2014
Hi Debbie,
I wanted to send you an update with some pictures of Hershey who we got from you last year out of the litter born on October 1st from Prissy and Bentley's litter. She is a year old in these pictures and is the sweetest, calmest, most loving dog! She LOVES swimming, she could literally swim for hours and boy is she quick! She knows sit, shake, and lay down! Her favorite toy is the frisbee, we have to hide it from her sometimes or else she won't stop bringing it back to you to throw. As you will see below she thinks she is my little lap dog and always wants to sit in my lap or cuddle! She is the perfect dog and we love her SO much!! Thank you for our fur baby :) We have you to thank for breeding an excellent puppy! Feel free to use any of this on your website! Best of luck and if we ever get another lab you will be our first pick :) -Sarah & Drew Mitschke

Lexie and Ford litter 2013 Update 1-18-16 Hi Debbie,
I just wanted to send you a long overdue update on the puppy we got from you. This is Audrey, one of Lexie and Ford's puppies born in January 2013. It's hard to believe that this big girl was the runt of the litter. At her last checkup she weighed in at 106 lbs! She has a sweet, loving, and playful personality. She has no idea of how big she is and loves to snuggle and tries to sit on our laps. We moved to Indiana last year, and while she misses swimming in our pool that we had in Texas, she absolutely loves playing in the snow here. She is a wonderful dog and we are so glad to have her as part of our family!
Take care,
Julie Witten
I just wanted to send you a long overdue update on the puppy we got from you. This is Audrey, one of Lexie and Ford's puppies born in January 2013. It's hard to believe that this big girl was the runt of the litter. At her last checkup she weighed in at 106 lbs! She has a sweet, loving, and playful personality. She has no idea of how big she is and loves to snuggle and tries to sit on our laps. Macy and Phoenix Puppy 2013 Litter Update 9-2-14
Hi Debbie,
We bought Kona from you last October. She's Macy and Phoenix's puppy born August 10, 2013. She is the sweetest girl--very friendly and easy-going and easy to potty train. She gets along great with our other dogs; our old Lab, who acted like he was on his last legs before Kona came, has a whole new lease on life. They play and play. She loves to sit out on the pool deck and stare at the lake. Last fall when the ducks and pelicans came, she watched them for hours. But she never barks at them. Kona loves to help me work in the yard; she especially loves to play in the water hose. She won't get in the swimming pool, though, which surprises me because we can hardly keep our other Lab out of the pool. Kona weighed 60 pounds on her birthday, and doesn't weigh much more now, if any. She's about 22 inches tall at her shoulder. We love, love our Kona and will keep your kennel in mind when it's time for another Lab. Dana

Bentley and Annie Litter 12-9-13 09-12-14
Hi Debbie
I wanted to give you an update on our dog, Chacho, who was born on 12/9/13 from Bentley and Annie's litter. All in all, he's been a great family dog! Easy to crate train and housebreak. I have been working with him all year to get him ready for dove season: making sure he's not gun-shy, proper retrieving skills, etc. As you can see in the attached photo, he did great on his first hunt last week! He still needs a little more work in the field but overall he's performed very well.

Phoenix and Lacy's litter 9-29-14
Hi Debbie!
This is Anakaren Leslie. My husband and I got a chocolate lab from you in May 2014 (Sadie was born in March, from Lacey and Phoenix). We absolutely LOVE Sadie!!! Never in my life did I think I could love our puppy so much. She has been a great asset to our household.. So much so that we want another lab! This time we would like a yellow lab :). Do you have plans for a yellow lab litter next year? If so, we would like a puppy from your first litter in 2015. We are wanting a female. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience! p.s. Here's a picture of Sadie, who is almost 7 months!

I have attached a photo of Rock with his beach boy collar. He loves living in a beach house. He can see all of the neighbors walk by while he is out on the deck.
Thank you for bringing Rock into our lives.

Macy and Phoenix's Litter from Fall of 2014 Update 6-01-15
Hi Debbie,
We just thought it was important to let you know how grateful we are to have our fun, smart, handsome boy, Eddy — from the Macy/Phoenix litter in the fall 2014. You gave us the pick of the litter, and I relied on the wife and kids to decide. And boy-howdy, we have the best dog ever. He is Mr. Personality, and has fit into our family as an important, needed member, one we all love deeply. You were so great to work with, and I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our newest family member — now eight months old. Pictures are attached.
Warm Regards,
The Humphreys Family

Phoenix and Brittany puppy 2014 Update 8-15
Hi Debbie,
How are you?! Just wanted to send a warm hello from Austin from Nahli and myself!
Nahli is now 1 year and 4 months old! She is 65 lbs strong and super healthy. Hard to believe it was just last June I picked her up from your farm. She is such a great dog. Very smart and very playful. We go for hikes at least a couple of times per weeks and she absolutely loves to find creeks or rivers to swim.
Here is a pic of her at Bull Creek (near our home) chilling in the water after playing fetch for a while :)
I hope you're doing well!

Holly and Coopers First litter May 13, 2015 8-15 Dear Debbie,
I just had to tell you what a JOY it has been to have Chloe. The kids ADORE her and I just spoil her so much. She is very sweet and at times bosy (LOL).
Every time I take her for a walk, people stop me and just tell me how beautiful and good looking dog she is.
Even the VET asked me where I got her. Ethan is so proud of her and is always telling people her name is CHloe and she is his dog and just goes on and on. too funny.
I had to give you update and sending a pic at 12 weeks....
Thank you so much

Dutche's & Phoenix puppy from June 2015 update 1-6-15
Here's a hunting picture with Stella. She has made quite the hunting partner. She loves going out to the ranch and playing! Thanks for a great dog Debbie! Her 6 month birthday is coming up on Monday!
She tracked one pig a couple weeks ago it was pretty neat to watch that. I've been trying to take her duck hunting but haven't had time. She loves playing fetch, so I'm sure she'll be great with retrieving. Thanks again.. Ross Vinson

Phoenix and Dutche's puppy from litter 2015 makes a Service dog again!!!! Update 7-30-16
Deb,
Here's an amazing update on Sissy Apple, my daughter's Service Dog in Training! She's now 13 months.
Without you and your most amazing labs, we wouldn't be writing this story.
Sissy Apple has been through two obedience trainings. We continue to train her every day. We had applied to Service Dog Express and have finally been assigned a trainer! Sissy has showed an amazing personality from the very beginning. People admire her recall skills. They say we are blessed and yes we are! My 13 yr old daughter has a mild developmental delay. She needs guidance when it comes to mobility. She needs her huggable bear when she needs to be secure. We are ecstatic on this new chapter. It takes a while to have a dog trained to be a service dog and it's gonna be worth it!
PS. Sissy Apple can quickly change from exercise mode to work mode. She's awesome!
Thank you again! Can't thank you enough!

Hi Debbie, March 2015 Shelly and Duke's litter
We have been planning to get a puppy but didn't know what breed to get, what color, how soon we're going to get one. I knew about labs because many of my friends and family have or had one, and they're fantastic companion. One of the greatest surgeon here in Houston also had a black lab whom he brings in the hospital. So I wanted to get a lab and started browsing on where I can get them. And I came across your website.
I jumped out of my seat when I saw you have available puppies born March 29 (2015). My daughter passed away and her birthday is March 29. And I knew I have found our puppy.
Dex is a little spoiled from me and my husband, add my dad to that equation too. He is a very sweet boy who loves to cuddle in the afternoon and sit on my lap, all 104 lbs of him! He is very smart, loves catch and fetch and hates when we wash his sheets. Yes, he's got an orthopedic bed. Prefers to sit on the drivers side and rests his paw on the drivers arm. Hates to go to his groomer and goes crazy when he hears the word "park".
He makes us happy, sometimes annoyed. But we love him very much. Thank you for this blessing and wonderful addition to our family!

Good morning Mrs. Debbie!
My family and I wanted to update you on our chocolate lab puppy, Rocky, after his one year birthday. Rocky is one of the offsprings of Prissy and Phoenix. He is so big and strong and absolutely the sweetest dog I've seen thus far. Rocky loves to play with other dogs at the dog park and goes swimming every chance he gets! He loves the beach and loves playing soccer with our daughters. He knows us to be his human pack family and heads for the door for a road trip or a short trip to the grocery store. We can't thank you enough for such a happy puppy to create wonderful memories with for years to come! We will definitely contact you when it's time to get Rocky a canine companion!
Sincerely,
The Long Family

Phoenix and Dixie's litter born 5-21-16 July 17, 2016
Hi Debbie!
It's been 2 weeks since I took Otis home and he is doing great! He's almost 12 lbs and his vet says he is super healthy, for both of his visits so far. Everyone tells me how handsome he is and how he'll be a big, gorgeous boy when he grows up, and I have you to thank for breeding such amazing Labs! Otis learned his name really fast and knows he needs to sit and wait for the OK to eat, and we're working on basic manners and being gentle now. We also went for a short dip in the pool, he's kind of curious about the water but takes more after his daddy and would rather watch us (for now). Hannah

Shelly & Riley litter born July 2016
Hi Debbie!
We have the yellow female from Shelley and Riley's litter in July 2016. She's PRECIOUS, and we love her SO much! She's so healthy and has such a sweet demeanor. She loves my kids so much, and she's so smart! LOVES water, I can't keep her from jumping in the bath with my kids! She took to potty training so easily and hasn't had a single mess in the house since she was 12 weeks - so smart! I take her for long walks several times a week and she is so friendly to everyone. Everyone loves her! She gets along so great with all other animals, even our old cat. I couldn't have prayed for a better fit for our family and if I could have a hundred of your labs, I would! Thank you so much. You've changed our family for the better! She sleeps with my husband and I at night - so spoiled! I wouldn't have it any other way. She deserves it.
Warmly,
The Sternad Family

My family and I purchased our yellow lab “Duke” March 18th from Texas Faith Labradors. This was our first time ever purchasing from a breeder. I will most definitely return to Debbie when we are ready for another one. I loved visiting her kennel. It was labrador heaven!!! All of her dogs were so happy and healthy.
We picked up yellow lab 2nd pick (although i don’t know why he was 2nd) hahah. He is the best puppy. Any questions or concerns I had about Duke were quickly answered by Debbie. I blow her phone up all the time with pictures of Duke. Her love of the breed and what she does is evident. I wish i lived closer to her kennel just to visit. Our vet tells us at every visit that he is one good looking labrador. He is happy and healthy. I tell everyone who asks me where I purchased my lab and I have had a lot of people ask. Thank You Debbie..

Hi Debbie! We wanted to give you an update on our boy. He is an amazing puppy. He is so smart. We named him Rocky. Rocky was pretty much potty trained completely at 9 weeks old. Only maybe 5 accidents total so far- Unbelievable!!!! At 10 weeks, he started going to the door when he needed to potty. He fetches great. He only barks when he needs to tell us something. I am in such shock every day at his wonderfully calm and sweet temperament. He fits in so well with our family. He loves the kids so much. Oh, and he is already sleeping through the night! We are so thankful for responsible and caring breeders like you. We will keep you updated as Rocky grows!

Family from Dallas, Tx with two of my puppies!! 10/2018
We purchased our chocolate Lab Reeses in March 2017. She has been the sweetest dog we have ever had, so obedient and smart. She absolutely Ioves my teenage boys and misses them while they are at school. We decided she needed a companion so we adopted Piper in Sept 2018. They were instant besties! Piper is full of personality and spunk. She has won over everyone she meets. At only 3 months she is already very well trained and learns very fast from her big sis. We love our puppies and couldn’t be happier to have them in our family.
Many blessings,
The Grabbe family
Bentley and Emmy litter March 27th, 2018
Debbie,
Just wanted to update you on our sweet Hank! He is in the third part of therapy dog school and is doing so well. He will be going with me to help kids at school next year! He is very obedient, calm, loving, and so smart. We are so thankful we found you and went with our gut! He hasn’t met a stranger, plays well with our neighborhood dogs, and the kids just flock to him. We love our adventures with Hank. People can never believe he’s only one year old and ask us all of the time where we got him. I am happy to tell them Texas Faith Labradors.

Hi, Deb!
I hope you remember us...Amy, Halle, and Brady. We bought Bentley and Emmy's boy from you. Words can not express the TOTAL JOY he has brought us! You obviously know how to breed unbelievable dogs!
I don't know if you remember, but I told you I had plans to write a book about "our new puppy" who we named JESSE, after my dear father who had passed away 5 months before we got him from you. Well, the book came out over the summer and it is based on our story with buying him from you and moving him to the city. I changed the names a bit, but it totally is our story. Just last week it won a national children's book award! When Jesse gets a little less puppyish, as he's still very very excitable we are going to start training him for the Good Citizenship AKC so he can go with me to book signings and special events and do good in the community at hospitals, schools, etc.
When this craziness is over I will mail you a copy!
I thought you would want to know that one of your amazing dogs inspired an award-winning book, PLUS, more importantly, is THE BEST, sweetest, most loyal, all dogs at park and owners, and my students, LOVE LOVE JESSE!
At my age he has been quite a handful, but well worth all of the hard times! I don't think I could handle another, but if so I would not go anywhere else.
I have attached pics of our last year and all of the great fun. He turned 2 on March 27!
THANK YOU so much! Our fam is now complete with our JESSE boy!
***Please let me know you received this, and any pics you have my ok to put on your website.

Doc and Sadie's First Litter 5-29-19
What can I say about Texas Faith Labradors? How about a little story. My Vet, Doc, is an old fashioned Aggie Country Vet. Doc is partially retired now, but still gets to his clinic a few days a week. I took my Texas Faith Labradors 8 week old chocolate female pup to him once we got home and He looked at the puppy and said you paid a lot of money for this puppy. He thought I had paid at least $3000-$5000. He looked her over real well. Was smiling and playing with her (he never does that too much anymore). He looked me in the eye and said thank you, I haven’t seen a dog of this caliber in a very long time. He said what a beautiful dog. Then, I took her back for shots this past week and a visiting vet was there. He looked at the pup and said you didn’t get this dog from around here. This is a beautiful pup. He touched every inch of her. Smiled and said again. What a beautiful animal. I think that about sums up the quality of pup you will get from Texas Faith Labradors. I sure hope Debbie keeps doing this a while. I'll be back for another in a few years!

Hi Debbie,
We wanted to give you a referral letter and let people know that Texas Faith Labradors is the place to get your healthy, beautiful lab! We highly recommend this breeder. Everything about this place and Debbie was a wonderful experience for us!
I reached out to Debbie after we had to put our 10 year old lab Liberty down. She was the love of our life and It was such a hard time for us. She left such a hole in our heart and we were devastated to say the least. We never knew how hard it would be to lose her till we went through that experience.
We started to look for a breeder and wanted to get our name on a list. Debbie reached out to us and asked us all about Liberty and what we were looking for. That is where our friendship began.
She was very loving caring and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and she was very professional. She kept us up to date on new litters and that is when when we were told that Wyatt and Jade had a litter on Oct 20 2021 and that the puppies would be ready for pickup just before Christmas! Jade had 9 beautiful chocolate lab puppies!
We felt in our heart that this was our litter and we knew that God would pick the right puppy just for us.
As you know Debbie lost Wyatt the end of October 2021 . He got out of the yard and unfortunately got hit by a car. We were so heartbroken when we heard this news. Wyatt was a beautiful and smart dog. We felt so bad for Debbie but we knew how blessed we were to get one of his last puppies.
We went and picked up our puppy a week before Christmas and named her Maggie!
She is a beautiful and smart chocolate lab with the most gorgeous eyes and we love her to pieces. We brought her home and everyone fell in love with her.
It was not long after we got Maggie when my husband said we needed a second one! He reached out to Debbie again and said that we wanted another chocolate female puppy one from Doc and Sedona’s litter. Their litter was born Dec 3 2021.
Our second puppy was ready for pick up on January 29 th. We made the trip from Austin to Willis Texas and picked up Stella!
Once again Debbie greeted us and welcomed us back like family!
Debbie’s love for her dogs shows in everything that she does. They are all very well taken care of! We feel very blessed that we were lead to Texas Faith Labradors and met Her. Our two puppies love each other and have bonded really well together. They love to play, wrestle and run all day long. If you are looking for a beautiful Labrador please reach out to Debbie. She has wonderful puppies that are looking for a special caring family and a forever home.
